Any content that any submitter (“Contributor”) submits to be published on www.goatedbrands.com is subject to the terms of the below.

Contributor agrees to allow The House of Townsend, LLC. (“The Goat Group”) to publish original articles, images, photographs, or original copy written by Contributor (the “Submission”) on The Goat Group's website (“www.goatedbrands.com”), social media and/or wherever The Goat Group shall choose. Contributor grants The Goat Group the non-exclusive, worldwide right to publish on goatedbrands.com, syndicate, and distribute all or a portion of the Submission in any language, worldwide, on any medium, website, social network or anywhere else The Goat Group shall choose in the future.

Contributor grants The Goat Group the right to use Contributor’s name, brand name, company name, agency name, likeness, information about Contributor, photos, images, renders, and the logo of Contributor’s website, if applicable, in connection with the Submission.

Contributor represents and warrants that as a Contributor and true author of the content posted that you have the right to grant these rights; that the Submission is original; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the Submission that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy. The Goat Group may transfer these rights in the event of a sale to a third party.

Contributor agrees to cooperate and be held fully responsible in the defense of any legal action brought against The Goat Group from the publication of the Submission. Contributor agrees to hold The Goat Group harmless and be held fully responsible for any and all copyright claims. Contributor agrees to be responsible for any and all costs of any litigation related to copyright claims or other legal claims related to Submission.

You agree to reveal to The Goat Group any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, website, partnership, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the Posts. The Goat Group reserves the right to remove from www.goatedbrands.com any of the Posts that violate its publishing standards, as determined solely by The Goat Group. The Goat Group may illustrate the Posts. Contributor grants The Goat Group the right to edit the Posts for publication.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State.
